Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Scale Up Marketing ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our websites and landing pages, answer our application questions, book a call or communicate with us (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Business details: your Amazon storefront link, social media handle, monthly revenue range, whether you run paid ads, your ad budget range and anything you write in free text answers.
- Call and scheduling details: the time you book and notes from calls with our team.
- Account data you choose to share: if you become a client, reports or access you grant us (for example Amazon Associates reports or Meta ad account access) under a separate written agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, and how you interact with the page.
- This information is collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools described in Section 4.
2. How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether our services fit your business.
- To schedule calls and contact you by phone, text and email about your application and our services.
- To provide services to clients under a separate written agreement.
- To measure and improve our pages and ads, including building advertising audiences.
- To keep records, prevent fraud, enforce our terms and comply with the law.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform, website hosting, email and text message providers, and analytics tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive browsing events from our pixel to measure ad results and build audiences. See Section 4.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and pixels
We use cookies and advertising pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure and target our ads. These tools may collect the information described in Section 1 and share it with the platform that provides them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the page works.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Scale Up Marketing may send you text messages about your application, call scheduling, reminders and our services. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us as described in Section 10.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Public creator information
Some of our pages show names, profile photos, ad counts and ad screenshots of creators. This information comes from the Meta Ad Library, a public database where Meta discloses ads running on its platforms and who runs them. We show it for market research and commentary only. Those creators are not our clients and have not endorsed us.
If you are one of these creators and want your information removed, contact us as described in Section 10 and we will remove it promptly.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising. We will respond to verified requests within the time the law requires and will not discriminate against you for making one.
To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP.
8. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows a longer period. That includes reviewing your application, providing services, keeping business records and resolving disputes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our Services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when posted.
